•  2 groups Melty Stretchy Gooey Vegan Mozzarella (can be made ahead of time or just prior to making the plunge)

• 12 marinated artichoke hearts (1 ½ cups), depleted and generally slashed

• ½ yellow onion, finely slashed

• 3 cloves garlic, minced or squeezed

• 2 cups frozen spinach, (or 2 enormous small bunches new spinach)

• ½ cup non-dairy milk, (for example, soy or almond), in addition to more if  necessary

• ¼ teaspoon salt (discretionary)

• 1 squeeze dark pepper

• Bread, chips, veggies, or anything you desire to use to plunge!
